So Glad You Are Here! Let’s get to know one another!!

Do you hate having your photo made? I know, weird start from a photographer.  Hang in there for a few, we will get back to that question.  First, let’s get to know one another by introducing ourselves!!

We are Glynis and Scott Callaway.  Scott and I have been married for over 33 years and spent over 20 of those years shooting photographs together. While our primary photography revolves around photographing people and their lives (home, work, and play) in natural light settings, we both also enjoy capturing nature, wildlife, and landscape photographs from across the North America continent.

Our lives our filled with love with our 2 adult children, 1 beautiful daughter-in-love, and a gorgeous granddaughter (look at her smile)!! We can’t leave out our cute little puppy named Cinnamon (especially since she is currently barking)!!  Even though we call Northeast Georgia home, we love to get out and travel. We can’t wait to share some of our travels with you!

It was in 2014, that we took our initial steps in creating what has become SGC Photography, LLC. Following the craziness of 2020, there just appears to be a general lack of joy and excitement out there.  So, back to the question about having your photo made.  It is our sincere hope that photographically capturing the genuine love, hope and joy people express toward each other, during our sessions, will help brighten not only their day, but the lives of future generations to come. We truly do believe that we can work together to make today’s moments, tomorrow’s memories, for future generations to enjoy.
